Do you have a minimum spend?

Yes and no! At Event Gourmet + Florals we have a minimum spend for wedding florals, grazing tables, and event catering. But, there is no minimum spend for grazing platters, grazing boxes, brunch boxes, or dessert boxes.

What locations do you deliver to?

At Event Gourmet + Florals we can deliver in the Adelaide CBD, the Greater Adelaide metropolitan area, Adelaide Hills, and as far South as McLaren Vale. Other areas may be possible on request.

How far in advance should I book for my event?

For platters and boxes, we ask for 48 hours’ notice, for wedding florals, we require 4 weeks’ notice and for catering events, we require 7 days’ notice. The earlier in advance you book your event, the better chances we will be available to cater your event. Please note at Event Gourmet + Florals we do book up quite early for weekends in peak seasons.

Can you cater for just desserts?

Yes, we can set up dessert bars or a dessert grazing table even if you have another caterer or food truck doing the rest of the meal. Or the dessert table can be the event!

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, Event Gourmet + Florals do have public liability insurance. If your venue requires our insurance Certificate of Currency we are happy to provide it.

Can you create florals and food for the same event?

Yes! At Event Gourmet + Florals we have very often created wedding florals and set up a grazing table or dessert bar for the same wedding. We can definitely do all the flowers and food for weddings and events, depending on the size of the event. Please get in contact with Rose to discuss your event further.
