One Vision, Everything Covered
The only Adelaide catering and florals service where one person designs both. The same brief, the same eye, and one point of contact for your whole day.
Tell Rose about your vision and she'll put together a bespoke combined package.

Most couples spend months coordinating two separate vendors who have never met, communicating a vision twice, and hoping the flowers on the table don't clash with the food on the plate.
At Event Gourmet, Rose is both a trained florist and a caterer. She takes the same brief once, holds one creative vision across everything, and turns up on the day ready to style the whole room. Your grazing table, your centrepieces, your bouquet, your canapes. One person, one aesthetic, one invoice.
That's not common in Adelaide. It might actually be unique.
Every package is built around your event, so the details are always different. Here's what a full catering and florals booking typically looks like.
Depending on the format you choose, this can include:
Designed to complement your colour palette and the mood you're going for:
Rose works with seasonal blooms, locally grown where possible, and designs everything to complement your palette. Whether loose and romantic, structured and minimal, or wild and native.
When one person designs both, the food table and the floral arrangement next to it are made to belong together. The colours respond to each other. The textures consider each other. It's a small thing that becomes very obvious in photos, and that guests notice without quite knowing why.
One delivery, one setup, one invoice. Rose arrives before your guests, lays everything out, and stays until you're happy. No directing three different contractors on your wedding morning.
Rose knows when the florals need to be finished so the caterers can dress the table. She knows when the grazing needs to go out relative to the ceremony running time. No email chains across vendors.
Not just similar vibes. The same eye, the same hand. A complementary bloom from the centrepiece arrangement woven through the cheese board. The macaron tower colour matching the bridal bouquet palette.
For questions, changes, timing updates, venue walk-throughs. One number, one response within 24 hours.

Starting-point combinations to give you a sense of how the pieces come together. Every event is different and Rose always builds something bespoke.

Yes. Each service stands on its own. The combined offering is available to couples who want the convenience and cohesion of booking both, but there's no obligation to do so.
As early as possible. Wedding weekends in Adelaide fill up fast, particularly spring (September to November) and autumn (March to May). For full-day weddings, enquiring at least nine months out is recommended. Shorter lead times can sometimes be accommodated.
Yes. A significant part of the work is outside of the Adelaide metro area. Travel fees apply for venues beyond 30km from the CBD and are included in your quote so there are no surprises.
That's usually where the conversation starts. Send photos of the venue, any inspiration images, and your colour preferences, and Rose will come back with a direction before getting into any detail.
There's no specific minimum. The smallest combined bookings are usually intimate gatherings of 20 to 30 guests with simple florals and a grazing table. A quote conversation will quickly tell you whether it's workable.
Yes. Event Gourmet carries comprehensive public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency directly to your venue coordinator.
“Rose organized everything beautifully, from start to finish she went above and beyond. The food was divine and the flowers were stunning.”
