How much does catering cost?
Pricing depends on the type of event, guest count, and services you need. Grazing tables start from $20 per person, wedding catering from $35 per person, and corporate catering from $20 per person. We have pricing guides available for download, or you can use our instant quote calculator on the homepage for a ballpark estimate.
How do I check availability?
The quickest way is to get in touch via our contact form or call Rose directly on 0403 009 840. Let us know your event date and we'll confirm availability straight away. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely. We regularly cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free guests. Just let us know your requirements when you enquire and we'll make sure every guest is looked after.
How flexible is the menu?
Very. While we have set packages and pricing guides to give you a starting point, every event is different. We're happy to customise menus, swap items, and work with you to create something that suits your taste, budget, and event style.
Where do you deliver?
We service Adelaide metro and surrounds, including the Adelaide Hills, Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale, and Fleurieu Peninsula. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just ask!
Can I get food and florals together?
Yes, that's our specialty! Rose is both a trained florist and caterer, so you get food and florals as one cohesive package. One point of contact, one creative vision, and a beautifully styled event from start to finish. No other caterer in Adelaide offers this combination.
Do you cater desserts only?
Yes! Our dessert grazing tables are one of our most popular options. Handmade pannacotta, cheesecake, tiramisu, meringues, tarts, and more. Perfect as a standalone sweet spread or an addition to your savoury table.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance. We're happy to provide a certificate of currency for your venue if required.
